What people ask first.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You add Askarr to Radarr and Sonarr once, with a one-click bookmark or two pasted fields. They then read your requests from askarr.com like any other import list.
Where do Radarr and Sonarr run?
Anywhere they run: Docker, Unraid, Synology, Linux, Windows. They only need to reach askarr.com.
Do I need to open any ports?
No. Radarr and Sonarr reach out to askarr.com and nothing reaches in. askarr.com never connects to them and never holds their keys.
How soon does a request arrive?
Radarr reads your list every 15 minutes and Sonarr every 5. Your dashboard shows Added once it arrives, and Downloaded when the file is in.
What is Connections?
The free account service Askarr uses for sign-in and payments. Because of it, Askarr never stores a password, your email or your card, only your Connections ID, name and photo.
What counts as a request?
Each title you add. Free includes 10 a month, Plus 50 and Pro unlimited, and every friend who joins through your link adds 10 more. The count resets on the first of each month.
Can my household use it?
Yes, through one Askarr account: everyone signed in to it can request, everything goes to your Radarr and Sonarr, and it all shares that account’s allowance.
I had an Askarr account before. What happens to it?
Sign in with Connections using the same email address and your list and username come with you.
Can I bring in my whole IMDb watchlist?
Askarr is for picking titles one at a time. For a whole public IMDb watchlist or list, IMDb Watcharr (watcharr.lunarwerx.com, free, also by LunarWerx) turns it into a Radarr feed and a Sonarr list that stay in step with IMDb.
